Company: Live Luckier Inc (“Company”, “We”, “Us”)

Refund and Cancellation Policy Applies To: All customers (“You”, “Buyer”, “User”) purchasing digital products, personalized reports, downloadable materials, or services from our platform. By purchasing or using any product or service from Live Luckier Inc, you acknowledge:

  • You have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • You voluntarily waive rights to refunds, exchanges, or cancellations beyond what is explicitly permitted.
  • You understand your purchase constitutes a legally binding agreement under Indian law.

1. Binding Legal Agreement

By purchasing, accessing, or using any product or service from Live Luckier Inc, you, the Buyer, agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy in full. This Policy forms part of the legally binding contract between you and Live Luckier Inc under the provisions of the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

2. Nature of Products – Non-Refundable Digital Goods

All offerings provided by Live Luckier Inc are customized, digital in nature, including but not limited to:

  • Personalized reports based on buyer inputs
  • Downloadable content or materials
  • Digital assessments or documents

As per Section 16 of the Indian Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (relating to digital goods), such products are deemed non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable, except where explicitly permitted by the Company at its sole discretion.

Once an transaction is done or order is processed, accessed, or delivered, no refund, replacement, or cancellation will be permitted, subject to Clause 4 below. You acknowledge that all refund, cancellation, or modification rights are retained solely by the Company, and any decision made is final and non-negotiable.

By placing the order or transacting to us, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital service that is immediately custom-processed, and that Indian law permits such exclusions from refund obligations under personalized digital services. 

3. Non-Refundable & Non-Cancellable Scenarios

Refunds, cancellations, exchanges, or chargebacks shall NOT be entertained under the following circumstances, which are exhaustive and binding:

  • You have submitted required personal details or inputs for report generation.
  • You have accessed, downloaded, received, or partially viewed the report or digital content.
  • You express dissatisfaction post-delivery, including subjective reasons such as unmet expectations.
  • You change your mind or purchased mistakenly.
  • You lack the technical knowledge to use the report or product effectively.
  • You request a refund based on goodwill, sympathy, or generalized grievances.
  • You lose access to the product due to its removal or technical modifications after delivery.
  • You provided incorrect or incomplete information and failed to notify the Company within the permitted timeframe.
  • The product has been partially or fully customized to your requirements.
  • You claim delays in delivery, unless such delay exceeds 30 working days after the submission of complete input details and without any prior communication or update from the Company.
  • You post defamatory, misleading, or abusive content online over the internet regarding the service before seeking resolution via our official support process.
  • You attempt to seek refunds by raising payment gateway disputes that contradict this Policy.

3A. Subjective Satisfaction & No Outcome Based Results

Our services are designed for personal insight and guidance based on ancient numerological principles. The results vary for each individual based on their personal effort, environment, and other external factors.

You understand and agree that:

  • Numerology is a metaphysical and interpretive system, not a guaranteed science.
  • Our reports are not intended to produce guaranteed outcomes in health, wealth, career, or relationships.
  • Your subjective dissatisfaction, perception of “no visible change,” or belief that results were “not as expected” will not qualify as grounds for refund.
  • Reports are customized and consumed immediately upon delivery. While results may unfold over time (typically within 3–180 days depending on personal effort and alignment), the Company does not entertain any refund, dispute, or legal claim raised after 7 days of delivery, regardless of outcome or result timing. This policy ensures fair closure and legal clarity for both parties.

We do not offer outcome-based refunds, including dissatisfaction arising from perceived lack of benefit or comparison with marketing content, testimonials, or case studies.

Your purchase confirms that you understand these limitations and voluntarily waive all claims based on result expectations.

4. Cancellation Request & Limitations

Cancellations shall be permitted only if requested within three (3) hours of completing the payment with the condition that you have not submitted the requested input details.

All requests must be submitted via email to hi@liveluckier.com clearly mentioning your order details and reason for cancellation.

Approval of cancellation requests is subject to Live Luckier Inc’s discretion and contingent upon the report not being prepared or accessed.

No verbal, telephonic, or delayed cancellation requests shall be accepted under any circumstance.

5. Sole Discretion & Finality of Decisions

Live Luckier Inc retains the absolute and exclusive right to review, approve, reject, or process partial refunds or cancellations in exceptional situations, without creating an obligation or precedent.

Such decisions shall be considered final, binding, and non-appealable.

The Company shall not entertain any third-party interventions, legal threats, or social media coercion to override this Policy.

5A. Retention of Rights Post-Purchase

Upon placing an order and making payment, the Buyer acknowledges that all rights, ownership, and decision-making authority regarding the fulfillment, refund, cancellation, correction, or reissuance of any product or service remain exclusively with the Company.

Live Luckier Inc. reserves the absolute right to approve or deny any request—including refunds or rework—without justification or obligation.

The Buyer further waives any right to demand a refund, remedy, or specific outcome under any presumption of entitlement post-purchase.

All sales are final unless explicitly approved by the Company in writing.

6. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks, payment reversals, or false disputes initiated in contravention of this Policy will be treated as a breach of contract.

The Company reserves the right to pursue legal action for recovery of dues, costs, and damages, including but not limited to:

a. Filing civil recovery suits under applicable Indian laws

b. Initiating criminal proceedings under Section 420 of the IPC for cheating, if applicable

c. Engaging third-party recovery or legal agents

d. Filing complaints with Cybercrime authorities under the IT Act for false or malicious misuse of digital services or attempts to defame the Company online without following internal grievance resolution channels.

7. Jurisdiction, Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

This Policy shall be governed exclusively by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

You waive any right to initiate proceedings in alternative jurisdictions.

The invalidity of any clause herein shall not affect the enforceability of the remaining provisions.

We operate with full integrity and transparency. Buyers are strongly advised to review this policy before purchase. Any misuse, misrepresentation, or false claims intended to coerce refunds or harm our reputation will invite legal action under applicable civil, criminal, and cyber laws.
