Class Action Waiver Clause

You agree that any claim or dispute shall be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of a class or representative action. You expressly waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted exclusively in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any conflict of law principles that would result in the application of the law of another jurisdiction are hereby excluded.

Survival Clause:

All terms regarding intellectual property rights, dispute resolution, jurisdiction, and disclaimers shall survive the termination or expiration of this agreement.

Customer Responsibility & Support Window

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure:

That they submit correct information in the required format via the official form link.
That they check spam/promotions folders in their inbox for delivery.
That they provide a valid WhatsApp number and email ID during purchase.

Any delivery-related concerns or access issues must be raised within 72 hours of report delivery. Claims or complaints raised after this period will not be eligible for redelivery, rework, or support resolution.

Customer Conduct & Patience Policy
