All digital products, reports, downloadable materials, and services provided by Live Luckier Inc (“Company,” “We,” “Us”).

Shipping, Delivery and Exchange Policy Applies To: All customers (“You”, “Buyer”, “User”) purchasing digital products, personalized reports, downloadable materials, or services from our platform. By purchasing or using any product or service from Live Luckier Inc, you acknowledge:

  • By placing an order, you agree to this Shipping, Delivery & Exchange Policy in full.
  • The Company’s decisions regarding delivery disputes, corrections, or technical redelivery are final and binding.
  • No third-party interventions, payment disputes, or external claims override this policy.
  • Disputes are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

1. Nature of Products — Digital Goods Only

All products offered by Live Luckier Inc are digital in nature, including:

✅ Personalized reports or assessments

✅ Downloadable digital materials

✅ Email-delivered content

We do not ship physical goods. All deliveries occur electronically to the email address provided at purchase.

2. Estimated Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery timeframe is 3 to 5 working days from the date of successful payment and submission of required personal details.

Working days exclude Sundays, public holidays, and company-declared holidays.

Delays may occur due to high order volumes, incomplete data, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

In case of significant delay beyond 21 working days, eligible customers may request a status update, but refunds remain governed strictly by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

3. Delivery Method & Buyer Responsibilities

Products are delivered via:

✔️ Email to the registered address provided during order placement

✔️ In select cases, secured links for direct download

Buyer is solely responsible for:

  • Providing accurate, functional contact information
  • Ensuring our emails are not blocked by spam filters
  • Responding to information requests within a reasonable timeframe

Non-receipt due to buyer error or negligence does not entitle the buyer to refunds or cancellations.

4. Exchange Policy

Due to the personalized, irreversible nature of our digital products:

❌ Exchanges are not permitted once delivery is completed or product is accessed.

✅ In rare cases of technical errors or incorrect report generation solely attributable to the Company, a corrected version may be provided at our discretion.

Buyers submitting incorrect information that results in faulty reports are not entitled to exchanges, refunds, or free corrections.

5. Failed Delivery & Redelivery

If you do not receive your product within the expected timeframe:

You must notify us via email at hi@liveluckier.com within 48 hours of the estimated delivery date.

Claims made beyond this period will not be entertained.

If delivery failure is due to incorrect information provided by you, redelivery is not guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

6. Delivery Completion & Acknowledgment

Delivery is considered complete when:

✅ The product is successfully sent to the registered email address

✅ You access, download, or open the delivered material

Post-delivery:

No refunds, cancellations, exchanges, or modifications are allowed

Requests based on dissatisfaction, unmet expectations, or change of mind will be rejected
